What the candidate does
- Opens the link. The page shows the free times of the next seven days. Any other range within the next 31 days can be chosen.
- Clicks a time and enters name and email address.
- Lands on the page of the booking, with date, time, the link to the video meeting and a button to cancel.
- Gets the same by email. If your company has connected its calendar, a calendar invitation follows.
The booking form names your company and links to your privacy policy if you have entered its address. Candidates tick no box: their name and email address are needed to arrange the interview they ask for.
What you get
- Each interviewer gets an email with the candidate's name and email address, the time and the video link.
- Under Bookings you see the upcoming interviews of your company: date, time, team, candidate, interviewers and video link.
- With a connected calendar the interview is an entry in your calendar, and the calendar invites everybody.
- Every booking has a link to a video meeting: a Zoho Meeting if your connected calendar provides one, otherwise a room at Jitsi Meet.
When a candidate cannot come
The candidate opens the secret link and clicks the cancel button. The interviewers are free again at once, the entry is removed from the connected calendar, and the candidate gets an email that confirms it.
There is no rescheduling in one step. A candidate who wants another time cancels and books again through the same link. Interviewers get no email about a cancellation; with a connected calendar they see the entry disappear.
A candidate who has lost the email enters the address under My Bookings and gets the links again, sent to that address only.
What it does not do
No reminders before the interview, no text messages, no questions beyond name and email address, and no booking pages in other languages than English. Times are shown in one time zone, which the page names. More in the FAQ
